Supporting parent’s mental health:  The stress of parenting in our complex world can put a significant strain on parents' sense of well-being and mental health. As a parent, you may experience increased demands on your time, financial burdens, concerns about the health and safety of your child, distress about the impact of technology and social media, and the pressure of cultural expectations for you and for your child’s future. Given the complexity and intensity of parenting demands, you may feel uncertain about how to best care for yourself and guide your child.

I am happy to help you. I have over 25 years of experience working with parents navigating the challenges of raising their adolescents and supporting their adult children. I assist parents whose lives feel disrupted, out of balance, or who have concerns about their own mental health. I provide insights, strategies and tools to inform parents’ actions and support their well-being.

My style is warm, calm and optimistic. Together, in a safe and confidential environment, we work to mitigate the impact of stress in your life and address potential negative emotions that may interfere with your quality of life. I am here to guide and support you as you move forward caring for yourself and parenting your child with love and confidence.
