In-person in Edina/Virtual Appointments

I take a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy, meaning I meet you where you are and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration. I genuinely care about your unique experiences and work collaboratively with you to identify your goals. Together, we’ll find practical, solution-focused strategies to help you reach them.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies, including strength-based models, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), tailoring my approach to suit your individual needs. This flexible approach ensures that you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your path to meaningful change.

Alongside my professional experience, I bring personal insight to my practice—whether it's navigating the joys and challenges of marriage, raising children, relocating across the country, or starting a new career. Life often presents both unexpected challenges and profound opportunities for growth, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward positive change.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy reading, teaching as an adjunct professor, staying active with exercise (pickleball, tennis, strength training), traveling, spending quality time with my family, and having fun—laughter and comedy are essential!

If you're ready to explore your goals, overcome challenges, and find fulfillment, I’d love to help. Contact me today to schedule a session. Together, we can create a path that empowers you to strive and thrive.
