With over 13 years of experience in mental health and social services, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals ages 12 and up. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I specialize in using a Brain-Body Model of therapy, which integrates the latest neuroscience with traditional therapeutic practices to support emotional and mental well-being. I hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Neuropsychotherapist, Brainspotting Phase 1 practitioner, Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator and am trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy(KAP). These credentials allow me to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care to those who have experienced a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.

I work with clients in a way that goes beyond traditional therapy, encouraging creative and holistic approaches to healing. I believe in a deep collaboration with each client, tailoring treatment to best suit their individual needs, and guiding them to achieve their therapeutic goals. My approach is flexible, client-centered, and intentional – avoiding the “rainbows and butterflies” of traditional therapy.

As a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Social Work (MN BOSW) and Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (MN BBHT), I am passionate about supporting the next generation of clinicians through the highest quality supervision, guidance, and mentoring.

Whether you are seeking help for trauma, emotional regulation, or navigating complex life challenges, I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
