We all navigate life's unpredictable journey, experiencing both anticipated milestones and unexpected challenges. These complexities can sometimes leave us feeling off-center. I'm here to support you in finding your center and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence, in a safe and empathetic space. My practice approach is grounded in the development of a collaborative client-clinician relationship. From there I draw from a number of evidence-based theories and practices to determine what will work best in our work together.
With over 28 years of experience in social work, I’ve been honored to witness the resilience and strength of individuals and families as they navigate challenging life circumstances. This work has shaped my own growth, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to support others in their healing process. I look forward to working with you!
I have a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from The University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from St. Catherine University. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a certified Clinical Licensing Supervisor, and a licensed School Social Worker.
