Whether you are new to therapy or have previous experience working with a counselor, Jacqueline offers a supportive setting that encourages warm, honest, and authentic conversations to help you on your journey toward healing, recovery, treatment, self-acceptance, and personal growth. Jacqueline provides individual therapy from a compassionate, strength-based, and collaborative approach. Her focus is to have a strong relationship at the core of her work with clients. She focuses on making meaningful connections and creating a therapeutic space that fosters curiosity and courage for growth.
Jacqueline has extensive experience supporting clients through emotional, social, and workplace concerns. She helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, new mental health or medical diagnoses, trauma, identity exploration, grief/loss, family change, life transitions, school refusal, behaviors/dysregulation, and skill building. Jacqueline provides a trauma-informed and inclusive space that clients can feel validated and affirmed in being their true self.
Jacqueline’s integrative approach is tailored to meet client’s individual needs and to empowers clients to discover new ways to improve relationships, control negative thought or behavior patterns, establish healthy boundaries, communicate more effectively, bring to awareness choices and opportunities for growth, identify unmet needs, repair relational systems and connections, balance responsibilities, practice mindfulness, calm worries/anxieties, and live in the present moment with love and respect for who you are and who you are becoming.
