Life is full of highs and lows. When we are struggling, we deserve to get help and be treated well. My professional mission is to create an environment where you can learn more about yourself and create lasting change.
My practice is based in acceptance and empathy, aimed at creating a happier/healthier you. I utilize evidence-based practices to enable you to tackle the difficulties of life, while developing a positive relationship with yourself and others. I have a particular focus on working with neurodivergent identities and exploring how neurodiversity impacts life. I have over 8+ years experience working with individuals with disabilities: developmental, intellectual, and physical. I highly prioritize having a good relationship with my clients and you can expect to be treated with respect and empathy.
My clients range in age from 12-65+ who are looking to change and grow in some way, even if they do not know what that is exactly. Often clients are struggling with depression, anxiety, or simply want to improve their lives in practical ways. Personally and professionally I strive to be gender/sexuality affirming, body positive, sex positive, and culturally humble.
