In Person in Minneapolis/Virtual Appointments

I love working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, with a special interest in college students and emerging/professional adults. I take a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy meeting my clients where they are at in their process. I strongly believe that our pasts can provide invaluable insight into how we exist and function in our current lives. Above all else, I value the relationship that I foster with my clients. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space filled with curiosity, understanding, and compassion.

I have experience working with a wide array of presenting problems, including but not limited to stressors related to family/parental relationships, anxiety, school/work/life transitions, self-esteem and confidence, domestic abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, body-image, grief, substance abuse, as well as other traumas. I draw from an array of educational and professional experiences, including practice within the correctional system, hospitals, and mental health clinics. In all settings, I strive to meet every client where they are at as they work to better understand themselves and achieve their goals.

I love that my job offers me the privilege to connect and learn about my client’s values, goals, passions, hardships and hopes, and I look forward to working with you! In my free time, I enjoy reading historical fiction, connecting with family and friends, to crochet and cooking.
