At the core of my practice is a commitment to unconditional positive regard, meaning I’m here to support you without judgment, no matter what. 

With 18 years of experience as a school social worker, I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents, young adults, and families, each with their unique stories and challenges. My therapeutic approach is all about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can be yourself, explore your thoughts and feelings, and work through whatever challenges you're facing. I'm known for my friendly and inviting demeanor while using a dash of humor and gentle nudging to foster open communication. My great hope is to use the power of genuine connection to help you find the tools you need to thrive.

I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from Augsburg University and an undergraduate degree in Business and Psychology from St.Olaf College. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and an approved Clinical Supervisor.
