Life is supposed to have its challenges, but sometimes the weight of those challenges feels unmanageable. I am here to help you carry that emotional weight, look for ways to navigate the stress, and lighten the emotional load of life with coping strategies, validation, and humor. 

With 10 years of experience counseling in the schools I have counseled students in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school avoidance, LGBTQIA+ support, foster care and placement, grief and loss, divorce & family conflict, and much more. It is both humbling and an honor to be a support person for youth and young adults facing the challenge of getting to know themselves, who they are, what they want, and growing into self-sufficient, self-aware, and happy adults.
